home --------- photos --------- bio --------- reel --------- contact ---------	On Monday 30 January 2012 at 8pm the Blank Theater here in Los Angeles will present a workshop-reading of my new original full length play DANCING IN THE MIRROR starring MacKenzie Phillips and Paolo Andino with music from Grammy award winning composer/arranger John McDaniel and directed & choreographed by three time Emmy winner Walter Painter. My play centers around an aging Broadway dancer, Danny Torres, who suddenly inherits his childhood hometown dance studio and is forced to face his troubled past with his family and a sexually boundry-less relationship between him and his former mentor. Add to the mix a hungry, young aspiring dancer desperate to learn all he can from Danny. This will be a staged reading of my play, scripts in hand with some amazing dances from Walter and terrific music from John McD. Watch for Perry guest-starring as "Boris The Ballet Dancer" in a new episode of IMAGINATION MOVERS premiering on Disney Jr. later this year.
